If a product is defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days with your receipt. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Opened accessories like earphones and screen protectors cannot be returned unless defective. Visit our Refund & Returns page for full details.

Just bring the device you need repaired or unlocked, plus any charger or accessories related to the issue. If you have the original receipt or purchase documentation, that’s helpful but not required.
